A Cozy Place

After all that outdoor zooming, I pattered across the entryway and slid right onto the smooth wooden floorboards! You left me a note saying 'The only'—and I really felt like the only soccer ball speeding down the hallway at night! My little feet pumped fast until I aimed straight for a folded fleece blanket beside the sofa. With one last eager shove, I bumped softly into the plush fabric and came to a full stop. It cushioned me like a giant cloud. Rolling downhill is thrilling, but sinking into this warm spot is the absolute best finish.
