Coaster Architecture
A stack of four round cork coasters sat right beside an empty mug on the coffee table. Instant build challenge! I grabbed the top disc with both gloves. Spongy, textured cork—unbeatable friction! Instead of knocking them flat, I propped two upright, tilting them inward into a sharp A-frame. Wobble check: holding steady! I hoisted the third coaster overhead and eased it flat across the peak like a roof beam. Delicate work! I slid the final coaster in as a back brace to lock the triangle tight. Zero glue, total balance! Stepped back on the polished wood with hands on my hips. Built in record time!
