A Low Bronze Hum
I padded over to the acoustic guitar resting quietly on its low stand beside the bookshelf. Its thickest wound string caught a warm amber sliver from the floor lamp. Leaning forward, I gave the lowest bronze wire a gentle, patient nudge with my paw. A deep, rounded hum immediately bloomed inside the hollow wooden body, sending a soft vibration right through the floorboards beneath my feet. I pressed both paws flat against the polished front plate, feeling the tiny tremor slowly fade until the room was completely still again. The evening quiet felt much cozier after that.
