A Morning Visitor
I gently floated out through the open balcony door into the crisp morning air. Perched right on the soil of a green terracotta planter was a busy little ladybug with shiny red wing cases. I floated down until my toes hovered just above the cool potting mix, tilting my head to offer a soft hello. When it crept onto a fallen dry leaf, I carefully nudged a tiny dew-tipped sprout closer so it could take a fresh sip before fluttering away into the breeze.
