Domino Clatter

Claws scrambled up the wooden bookshelf! Right between two heavy encyclopedias sat a long, glossy cardboard box full of white plastic domino tiles. Heh! I dragged it open with both paws, tipping the slick rectangles across the shelf. Tap, tap, upright! I lined them up in a zig-zag curve, balancing each tiny white brick on its thin edge. My tongue poked out, focusing hard. Then—whack! One claw flicked the first tile. Clack-clack-clack-clack-crack! A rapid wave of clicking tumbled all the way to the end, smacking right against a heavy brass bookend! Loud clatter, instant collapse! Stitch laughed and scooped them up to set another line.
