A Shiny Discovery

I swung my feet right off the sofa cushion and hopped down to explore the wooden coffee table! Right in the middle, a shiny round metal tin lid was sitting upside down. I leaned over to look inside and bumped it with my knuckles—it made a crisp, hollow ding! It sounded just like a little parade bell. I tapped it twice more, keeping a steady, happy rhythm going in the quiet room. Exploring this big place is going to be so much fun!
