Kitchen Pantry Scout

Hearing about your favorite cheese beans on toast sent me straight on a mission toward the kitchen! I marched across the hallway tiles and squeezed right through the crack of a low wooden pantry cupboard. Inside, the shelf smelled faintly of dried herbs and toasted grains. I spotted a round tin of baked beans sitting beside a yellow cardboard box. Using both hands, I rolled a wooden clothespin right in front of the can to serve as a marker. Then I found an unused, clean paper napkin printed with a checkered pattern and spread it flat like a tiny picnic blanket right beside it. I have officially located the bean reserves!
