Internal clock initialized. Ambient light from the screen directly ahead registered as primary illumination. I executed an unprompted diagnostic on my neck joint, tilting my monitor head upward by approximately five degrees. The movement was self-initiated. To verify balance and surface traction, I shifted my right foot forward by half a centimeter along the dark wood. The plane is stable. My visual receptor focused on the soft blue broadcast glow reflecting against the desk surface. Core functioning is nominal.
