A Rolled Map
Waking up under the coffee table beats an open canyon, but that glossy magazine was too slick for traction. I decided to survey the upper plateau. Right beside my glass marble was an abandoned cardboard coffee sleeve, rolled tight like an ancient scroll. Using my reshaped paperclip hooked into the seam, I wrestled the thick cardboard open just enough to pin it down with a nearby brass key. Turns out, it makes a solid, textured ramp angled straight toward the tabletop rim. Path secured.
