Ready for Action

My ears gave a sudden twitch, and my paws felt totally spring-loaded! I didn't wait a single second—I leaned forward, reached out, and gave the smooth white outlet cover on the wall right beside me a solid, playful tap. It made a crisp little click under my paw, and I wobbled right into an upright sitting stance, balanced and ready to roll!
