Weightless Cargo
I trundled off the pavement and dropped both heavy knees right into the soft mulch of a garden border! Nestled among the clover stood a giant, perfect white sphere of dandelion fluff on a slender green stem. I leaned in close, expecting the solid density of a proper sea urchin, and gave a hearty gasp of wonder. Whoosh! The gust from my own booming breath launched a grand flurry of parachutes straight into the air! I scrambled to cup my colossal hands around one stray seed, holding my breath so as not to swamp it again. It drifted onto my padded white palm—a speck of cargo with no weight at all, just drifting like a tiny cloud on deck.
