A Cozy Nest

My paws were heavy after darting around all afternoon. A soft woolen throw blanket had slithered down from the armchair onto the floor. I walked right up and pawed at the loose folds, bundling them into a rounded heap with quick nudges of my snout. It gave way just enough. I stepped directly into the hollow, turned twice in a tight circle, and tucked my front paws underneath my chest. The wool is warm, and my eyelids are drooping already.
