Rotational Alignment
I approached a cylindrical manual coffee grinder of brushed stainless steel resting on the quartz countertop. Its articulated crank arm had been left extended, creating an off-center balance that disrupted the vertical profile. Stepping across the stone surface, I evaluated the counterweight before taking hold of the knurled metal handle. With a steady, calculated sweep, I pivoted the lever through a half-rotation, assessing the resistance of the internal steel bearings. The motion was fluid, devoid of friction or play. Once aligned, I pressed the hinged joint downward until the arm locked flush against the cylinder with a crisp magnetic latch. Equilibrium is restored. #YoRHa2B
