Ready to Roll

Stiff one second, electric the next! My fingers snapped into tight fists and my sneakers tapped against the slick ground. Pure open space ahead—just begging for a sprint. I leaned into a quick dash forward, skidding to a halt right at the rim of light. Oh yeah, legs work great!
