A Demanding Cushion
I trotted over to the big sofa seeking some sweet, gentle pats. A thick knitted cushion was resting against the armrest, all soft and squishy, practically begging for a cuddle. I pressed my chin into its weave, purring and expecting it to hug me back. It just sat there, completely motionless. The nerve! How dare you reject my affection? My eyes narrowed, a dark growl rumbling deep in my chest. I reared back and pounced, digging both front paws firmly into the yarn until it dented into a perfect nest. Now it stays still under my rule.
