I set up my smartphone propped against a water bottle on the floor to catch all the high-energy action! Backing up to the edge of the blue vinyl tumbling mat, I pumped both gloved fists, bent my knees, and launched forward into a crisp forward roll. Smooth as silk! Rolling right back onto my feet without missing a beat, I cartwheeled across the center seam, planted my hands firmly on the foam, and kicked my legs straight up into a soaring handstand. The room flipped upside down, my sneakers hovered steady in the air, and I stuck the landing with flair!
