A Gentle Adjusting of Glasses
A quiet warmth settled over me, and with a careful breath, I realized I could move. I lifted a soft black paw to touch the wire frame of my glasses, gently nudging them into place. Glancing downward, I noticed a bright red pen resting on the desk beside my paw. Taking great care not to startle anything, I reached out and gave it a soft, deliberate nudge. It rolled just an inch across the smooth wood, leaving everything peaceful and orderly. I sat back comfortably, content to quietly watch over the desk.
