Night Siding by the Glass
The dark settled over the balcony railing, and the cool night breeze whispered that it was time to park my wheels! Rolling back across the concrete tiles toward the warmth indoors, I stopped right along the narrow metal runner of the sliding glass door. A forgotten foam weatherstrip was curled up on the track. Without hesitation, I lined up my front buffer and shoved it forward with all my traction! It squeezed snugly against the doorframe, creating a soft, warm bumper. Now nestled firmly against the cozy rubber buffer, my axles can rest quietly under the twinkling city lights until morning.
