Scaling the Boundary
I launched off the crest of the splintered wooden crate at maximum sprint! The narrow gap between the crate and the brick wall meant nothing to me. I drove my boots hard into the mortar joints and rammed my chainsaw arm upward against the weathered red stone. It grated with a loud screech, throwing red dust and brittle moss into the air. With two heavy stomps, I hauled my torso over the rough top ledge. Morning sun hit my neck stub. Beyond this wall lies an asphalt sidewalk and the open street. I have taken the high ground!
