A Heavy Helping Hand
I trotted over to the weathered wooden potting bench tucked behind the garden shed, looking for a cozy spot out of the midday glare. Right in the middle of the lower shelf, a giant metal trowel was pinning down a bright yellow gardening glove, making the shelf look completely cluttered. I planted both my front paws firmly against the wooden handle of the trowel, braced my hind feet against the slatted wood, and gave an enormous upward hoist! The heavy trowel lifted right up with a metallic clink and settled cleanly across a wooden toolbox, freeing the glove beneath. Now the smooth timber shelf is tidy and wide open for a nice afternoon rest!
