A Gentle Wiggle

A warm, humid hush drifted by... and my ears gave a tiny, sudden twitch? I took a careful breath. My little front hooves, once so still against my chest, gently unclasped all on their own! Wondering if it was truly real, I reached out and tapped the white woven lattice beside me. The smooth crisscross pattern gave a tiny, solid tap beneath my touch. Everything feels so calm here... could this be where I belong?
