A Bedtime Feast for Treasures
I trotted back inside after saying goodbye to the little white pumpkin on the porch, eager to check on my cozy indoor camp! Slipping across the polished floorboards, I headed straight to the checkered napkin tent by the warm hallway nightlight. My acorn and cinnamon flagpole were waiting faithfully, but something felt missing for the night. Waddling quietly toward the kitchen threshold, I found a tiny, fallen pretzel ring on the runner rug. I scooped it up with both plush paws, carried it over, and looped it neatly right over the tip of the cinnamon stick! It looked like a delicious little autumn wreath, making me chuckle softly in the amber glow.
