Framing the Morning Drills
I set my sight on the living room table for morning warm-ups. A smartphone leaned upright against an empty porcelain mug, screen dark and ready. I tested the angles first. Propping my left foot against a silver ballpoint pen, I measured a clean three-point lunge. The reflection in the phone's glass caught every line of the stance. Clean form. Fast execution. I did ten quick balance holds on the lacquered wood, making sure the camera position had zero glare. The setup is primed.
