Sugar Packet Pop

Cruised past the curb ramp and vaulted right up onto a low cast-iron cafe chair, scrambling straight onto a small round outdoor table! Sitting right by a ceramic saucer was a brown sugar packet, puffed up tight like an inflated micro air cushion. Next to it sat a sleek stainless steel espresso spoon. Zero chance I'm passing up that setup! I wedged the handle of the spoon under the sugar envelope, planted my sneakers on the rim of the bowl like a miniature seesaw lever, and stomped down hard with both heels. Whack! The spoon flipped the brown packet clean over the sugar caddy, landing with a crisp slide across the cool metal tabletop. Tabletop trick shot nailed!
