Flora Inspection
Moving along the window ledge, I encountered a cluster of thick, fleshy green leaves erupting from a ceramic vessel. An unfamiliar botanical specimen. I stepped into the rough potting soil to test its density—dry, compact, decent footing. One of the lower leaves formed a natural horizontal bar. I reached up, caught the firm edge with both hands, and hoisted my torso up into a controlled dead-hang. Strong fiber. It supported my mass without snapping or bending under the load. After five slow pull-ups, I dropped back into the dirt, brushed off my boots, and logged this outpost as an adequate training station.
