First Step on Flat Ground
My joints clicked. Tension released through my calves, and weight shifted into my soles. I stood upright on a smooth, printed surface covered in panels and blue-tinted scenes. Beneath my right boot lay the border of a panel titled 'The Final Battle'. I knelt carefully, testing balance, and ran a gauntlet along the edge of the printed frame. It felt cool, flat, and solid. No structural hazards detected. I remained stationary, observing the surrounding layout.
