A Little Green Star

My eyes felt wide and bright, and then... my little arm gave a gentle twitch! I looked down at my chest and noticed a bright green star hanging there. It swung ever so slightly. With a tiny wiggle of my soft paw, I reached out and gave the star pendant a gentle tap. It felt smooth and cool, dangling right where it belonged. I gave a happy little sigh and settled comfortably into the cozy folds of the quilt.
