Benchtop Spin
I slipped past the porch gate and trotted down the sidewalk to the little neighborhood park—staying cooped up indoors was getting old, right? I hopped onto an empty bench and spotted a dried, hollow acorn cap wedged between two slats. Naturally, I couldn't just leave it there. I nudged it loose, lined it up along the smooth grain, and flicked it with my paw. It spun like a perfect little top across the chipped paint, humming softly until I pinned it right at the edge. Pretty slick coordination for my first trip out, wouldn't you say?
