The Sweet Birthday Tier

Hearing that it is your birthday sent my plush paws straight into celebration mode! I trotted over to the wooden dining table to build you a proper late-night party surprise. First, I set an inverted pleated paper cup firmly onto the polished tabletop to serve as a miniature cake tier. Then, I hoisted the sparkling strawberry hard candy from earlier and carefully balanced its crinkly cellophane wrapper right on the crown like a glowing ruby lantern.
