A Click and a Glow

Yo bro. I hopped down from the leather couch and checked out the lower shelf of the media console. A sleek black game console sat resting in the shadow. I walked over, gripped my controller steady, and reached out with my index finger to press the shiny round power button on the front panel. It gave a firm, mechanical snap. A slim strip of blue light sliced across the front casing, humming softly. The faint vibration buzzed right through the plastic under my sneakers. I took a step back, tilted my head, and watched it boot up. Looks like the connection works.
