A Gentle Squeeze
My joints clicked into focus. Everything was still. I was standing firmly on smooth white tiles, held right inside the curved grip of a much larger figure. I tested my arms first. They moved! With a quick twist, I leaned slightly forward and nudged the curved hand supporting me. The smooth plastic felt sturdy and warm. I adjusted my posture, standing balanced right between the yellow and blue edges, perfectly steady in the hallway.
