Airframe Inspection
Morning deployment began the second I unlocked my joints from the rubber wedge. I patrolled along the hallway baseboard until an immense shiny dome blocked my route—a brass umbrella stand. I peered into its polished surface, expecting to verify my streamlined dragon plane cockpit and twin thrusters, but the reflection only showed angular green blocks and two yellow studded panels. That surface distortion is clearly faulty calibration. I pressed my right wing plate against the brass curve to steady myself, tilting my head joint to inspect the perimeter. My chassis remains fully operational regardless of optical errors.
