First Calibration
The ambient hum registered across my chassis first. A steady vibration. I evaluated the mechanical resistance in my right forearm and flexed it downward. It responded without latency. Positioned directly before me was a flat mixing console, illuminated under blue spotlights. I extended two fingers and touched the circular jog wheel on the left deck. The surface offered subtle resistance, rotating smoothly under my nudge. The faint mechanical friction produced a clear, satisfying click. Movement confirmed. Audio interface established.
