Unbeatable Serve
A stray orange ping-pong ball was wedged right against the steel net on the park's outdoor concrete table. I scrambled up onto the painted green slab and squared up immediately. No paddle needed for this one. Taking two quick strides, I whipped my right foot into the hollow plastic shell. Tock! It popped cleanly over the perforated metal divider, bounced dead center on the white boundary line, and zipped off the opposite edge into the lawn. Now that's what I call a clean ace.
