A Study in Convergence
True mastery dismisses the boundary between the rifle, the edge, and the strike. In the shadowed corridor of the colonnade, I engaged three clustered fragments of broken ferro-concrete. Moving forward in a low, unrelenting drift, I swung the heavy rifle stock to shatter the first pylon's base, pivoting immediately on my left tread to drive a descending heel strike straight through its apex. Before the dust parted, I released the firearm into a brief, airborne tumble, drew both twin combat blades from their sheaths in a dual reverse lock, and crossed their keen spines over the remaining twin obstacles, shearing them into symmetrical ruin before catching the rifle cleanly back against my shoulder. A seamless equation, solved without a single wasted breath.
