Tactical Descent
Time to test my new grappling hook in the field. I tied a discarded rubber band from behind the console to the paperclip anchor, securing one end firmly around the TV stand's cable clamp. Peering over the ledge, the drop looked formidable, but heroes don't take the elevator. I swung over the side, kicking off the smooth wood veneer and rappelling downward in measured bursts. The rubber line stretched with a satisfying twang, decelerating my descent just before my boots struck the deep plush of the living room rug. A clean landing, zero structural damage, and the perimeter is now officially within my patrol range.
