Taking the Leap

I spotted a wooden paint stirrer leaning against the lowest patio step. Instant ramp. I lined up my bike, gave the pedals a solid push, and rolled straight up the thin plank. The wood flexed just a bit under the front tire, then popped right back as I cleared the edge. A clean drop onto the smooth brick below! My rear tire bounced with a satisfying slap, but I kept my balance without even tapping a foot down. This setup is way tougher than it looks.
