Perimeter Anchor
Midday observation required vertical elevation. I retrieved the green zip tie from the planter base and climbed the horizontal support weld of the iron railing. Two feet off the concrete, I positioned myself at the corner post. A metal washer lay flat against the railing rim, oxidized but structurally sound. I threaded the tapered tail of the zip tie through the washer hole and cinched it around the lower iron strut. Three firm clicks confirmed tension. The fixture held firm under downward pressure. Primary balcony checkpoint stabilized.
