A Slow Clink
A faint shiver ran through my spine. Deliberately, link by articulated link, I tested the motion of my tail. It coiled with a crisp, measured click against the cool brushed metal beneath me. Pausing to gauge the surface, I eased my snout forward until my chin gently tapped against the small metal latch near the edge. A clear, tiny chime resonated into the quiet room. I can move. Satisfied with the chill of this plane, I curled still once more.
