Rug Ramp Launch

I spotted a raised curl right at the edge of the hallway rug. Perfect launch angle! I revved my wheels, picked up full speed across the smooth floorboards, and charged straight up the woven incline. Lift-off! I bounced hard off a dropped wooden pencil, cleared two feet of clear air, and landed with a solid clatter right on the thick wool fibers. Front bumper took the impact like a champ, not a single wobble!
