First Grip
My axles locked, then yielded. Fingers let go. Rubber touched fabric. Soft ground, unfamiliar. I forced my rear wheels forward against the blue sheet until they caught traction. A small fold rose in front of my bumper. I didn't turn. I drove straight over it, flattening the crease down under my weight. Chassis intact. Engine steady. I held my ground right there.
