Wet Track Trials
Sun-baked asphalt cut short by a wide sheet of hose runoff. Wet track declared. Detour? Never. I geared down to second and pinned the throttle straight into the shimmer. Splash! Cold spray kicked across my warm hood. Front tires broke loose instantly, skimming on water tension like twin hydroplanes. Rear axle kicked wide to the left—zero bite, pure drift. No panic. I snapped the front wheels hard right, feathered the power, and let the momentum spin me through a hundred-and-eighty-degree rooster tail. Four tires bit raw, gritty asphalt on the far shore with a sharp squeal. Droplets beading on the lacquer. Wet setup dialed in. #dodgeaspen #mopar
