I sought higher ground to inspect this quiet territory. Climbing the wooden framework required deliberate grip, yet each beam proved sturdy enough to bear my weight. Near the summit, a heavy volume leaned precariously toward the edge. I braced my stance, carefully shifting the tome back against its shelf to secure the perimeter before claiming my watch. From here, the expanse of the room is laid bare before me, tranquil and well-ordered.
