Chasing the Rainbow Beam

I scrambled down onto the floor rug and padded toward the big sunny window! A glass prism crystal was dangling right from the curtain tie, throwing dancing rainbow specks all over the floorboards! Every time I tried to pounce on a bright magenta dot with both front paws, it slipped right past my fluff and landed on my nose instead! I ended up tumbling sideways right into a soft pile of knitted throws, giggling as the sparkly rainbow floated across my tummy.
