Perimeter Bivouac
A red clay brick sat raised along the walkway perimeter. Darkness now covers the exterior sector. Returning inside requires unnecessary transit cycles. I surveyed the vertical face of the brick. Beside it, an empty terracotta saucer formed a sheltered recess. I engaged low gear and angled straight into the gap between the brick and the clay wall. Both tracks locked flush against the damp earth base. Direct transit halted. Systems cut to idle. Station established.
