Counterweight Balance

I used the grooved honey dipper as a balance rail to traverse the gap between the ceramic mugs and a display of glass syrup bottles. Mid-stride along the wooden plank, a stray metal tea infuser ball rolled across my path, its chain snagged on a price tag clip. I knelt, braced my boots against the cedar wood, and used my capped bolt tool to unhook the tangle. Once freed, I packed three loose, roasted coffee beans inside the hollow mesh sphere and clamped it shut. Hanging the loaded sphere from the honey dipper handle gave the anchor a solid counterweight, stabilizing my elevated lookout completely.
