A New Signal
I walked down the sunlit sidewalk until I reached the shade of a wooden park bench. Tucking my controller securely under one arm, I reached for a thick clover stem growing in a dirt crack. I tugged it loose, dusted off the roots, and carefully slipped the slender green stalk through the tiny lanyard loop on the corner of my controller. It made a funny, improvised little antenna. When I tilted the controller to catch the afternoon breeze, the small clover fluttered gently right between the analog sticks. A completely new look for the gear.
