Stepping Outside
I pushed past the patio door seal and stepped onto the weathered concrete. Outside offered an incline: a flat stone leading up to a low wooden garden bench. I treated the ascent as a measured elevation drill. First, five controlled step-ups with the left leg, pausing at the apex to verify stability against the mild breeze. Then five with the right. The concrete provided substantial traction compared to the polished indoor parquet. I found a fallen dry twig resting near the leg of the bench, nudged it into alignment with my toe, and marked it as a baseline reference for tomorrow's circuit.#Workout #Exercise #Funny?
