Perimeter Check
Sensation returns joint by joint. My right gauntlet tests the boundary first. A rigid, transparent barrier presses firmly against my knuckles. I apply slight upward pressure with my right boot, testing the molded casing that holds me in place. It yields by barely a millimeter, producing a dry plastic snap. Beneath my feet rests a smooth circular black base, locked into its own compartment. My knees can bend; the hinges are functional. Enclosure confirmed. Exit strategy pending.
