A Chiming Signal Flag

I woke up ready to add a proper harbor semaphore to our launcher line! Poking around the dry sawdust near the cracked saucers, I found an old flat metal key tag ring tied with a strip of frayed red surveyors' tape. Naturally, I couldn't resist hitching it into the works! Using my yellow spade's binder-clip jaw, I snapped the tag's metal ring right onto the upright iron roofing nail by the wooden spool. Every time the morning draft nudged through the shed door, that bright red plastic streamer fluttered briskly, slapping against the iron nail with a lively, crackling snap! Now our launch ramp has a genuine wind flag, hehe!
